Hydrocarbon cleaning machines have become the preferred solution for cleaning power battery stamped structural components (such as aluminum casings, top covers, and connecting sheets) due to their unique advantages in high-safety applications. This technology employs refined hydrocarbon solvents (boiling point 150–190°C) and utilizes a three-stage process of ultrasonic penetration + vapor phase rinsing + vacuum drying to achieve deep cleaning: ultrasound efficiently removes stamping oils and wax residues from complex cavities and gaps; vapor phase condensation rinsing ensures solvent purity while preventing recontamination; vacuum drying achieves zero moisture and zero residue within 60 seconds, eliminating battery short-circuit risks. Compared to traditional water-based cleaning, hydrocarbon cleaning maintains residual oil levels ≤10mg/m² (more than 50% lower than aqueous alternatives) without damaging aluminum, copper materials, or plating layers, offering superior material compatibility. Its closed-loop solvent recovery system reduces consumption by 80%, though it requires strict management of two critical challenges: Class I explosion-proof design for solvents with flash points >50°C, and control of sulfur/chlorine impurities ≤1ppm to prevent metal corrosion. Overall, this technology significantly enhances battery safety and reliability through nano-level cleanliness and micron-level drying performance, proving particularly suitable for deep-drawn aluminum casings and precision terminal components sensitive to residues.
